FREE Lifetime Tune-ups

Every bicycle purchased at Caster's comes with a lifetime of FREE tune-ups. You've ridden your bike hard all season and now it's ready for a tune-up.  All you have to do is bring your bike to Caster's between October 1st. - February 28th, annually and we'll give you a free basic tune-up!

Scheduling For Service

On-the-spot service like flats or installing an accessory can often be done while you wait. Most repairs will have to be left with us for a few days excluding "30 Day Tune-Ups" which will be done within 24 hours. Our trained mechanics will give you an estimate on your repair as well as a turn-around time before you leave. If any changes are needed such as added parts or labor we will contact you first. If you are able, it's recommended to schedule your bicycle for an appointment, that way you may bring it in one day and generally pick it up the next day.
We service any brand make or model of bike.

Free 30 Day Tune-Up

When you bring your new bike home ride it about 30 times, then bring it in for its free tune-up. Your bicycle will go through a break-in period where your cables will stretch, your brakes may feel less powerful and your gears may seem less accurate. Wheels may go out of true. These are all common as your new bicycle breaks in. Just bring it in, no appointment is necessary. You will have your bike back with-in 24 hours.
